We believe that all children are capable and ingenious individuals. Gymnastics is a medium for kids to explore and build on their physical, mental and emotional capabilities. It is a sport that presents challenges in new and exciting formats that is pure fun for kids. The developmental skills gained through gymnastics classes lay the foundation for future use in many other sports. In addition, the personal lessons learned through goal setting, perseverance and self reflection are useful for a lifetime of adventures.

We offer a variety of classes for all levels and abilities. Our classes for children from 1 - 6 years are a part of our Tumblebug program. Children/teens from ages 6 - 18 are in boys and girls recreational classes, and participants 18 and over are in our adult classes. We also host developmental and competitive teams, and private lessons.

Private Lessons

SFG offers private lessons for their members and gymnasts who are visiting the area. Lesson should be scheduled through the front office and payment is made directly to the attending coach.
