Parents Night Out

Parent's Night Out is fun for kids and adults. Parents drop off their kids at 5:30p.m. and return by 9:30 p.m. to find their children often unwilling to leave! We provide a pizza dinner, art activities, obstacle courses, bouncy house, gymnastics rotations and an animated movie. Kids often like to bring their P.J.s and a blanket for the movie.

Parent's Night Out is scheduled on the third Saturday of the month, and is open to the public. The 2010 - 2011 dates are:  November 20th, December 18th, January 15th, February 19th, March 19th and April 16th. You must register and pay for the evening with the front desk prior to attending, and kids must be 4 1/2 years and up. No diapers or pull ups please.

Cost: $25.00 for first child in family

$20.00 for each additional sibling

Our Annual Halloween Party!

This is a great opportunity to get the most use out of your children's costumes and burn off pre-Halloween excitement. Children are invited to come and play at the gym  Saturday, October 29th, 2011.  This year's  party is planned for 2:00-3:30 pm.  Children will enjoy playing and participating in games, obstacle courses, "haunted house", and costume parade. Goodie bags are given at the end of the event to all ghosts and goblins. Fun for all!

Open to members and their guests ages 1 and up. Please register and pay in advance at the front desk.

Spring Fling Annual Show and Recital Week

Hosted in May, this annual event is designed to show off our students progress in classes and team programs. The event is open to the public and is a big crowd pleaser. Call for more info/tickets: (415) 561-6260

Open Gym

Skill Practice (previously called Open Gym)is held on the third Saturday of every month from 1:00 - 2:00 pm Skill Practice is a time for students to practice and perfect only skills that they have been taught in class. It is not a time for experimenting with new tricks and is not a day care. Skill Practice is offered to give motivated students the opportunity to increase their strength and profieciency at gymnastics skills. This is a service for SFG Members only. Children enrolled in Littlebugs, Busy Bees and Grasshoppers, must be accompanied by an adult.
