Looking for a fun and exciting day for your birthday boy or girl? SFG is the place to be! We offer one hour of gymnastics activities led by our professional staff including, trampolines, obstacle courses, rings, beams and games specifically geared toward your child's age and interest.

After being active for the whole hour, kids are moved to our lobby to enjoy 45 minutes of refreshments - brought by you. It's a great plan for everybody, kids get to play, moms and dads get to meet and the mess stays out of your house!

Standard SFG invitations are available free with booking, and specialty gymnastics invitations are available for purchase. Please ask. Plenty of parking makes the day that much easier.

Plan ahead when booking your party. We offer two separate scheduling options on Saturdays and Sundays (holidays weeks and closures have unique scheduling opportunities - ask us) and full service or separate pricing for party extras (balloons, paper goods, goody bags, cake and pizza). Please call for current pricing and booking information. SFG opens up its party calendar three months in advance, and spaces can fill quickly!
