Little Bugs Class is a fun and safe place for your child to play and explore movement. Below are a few guidelines so that your family can have the best experience possible.

PROCEDURES BEFORE CLASS

  1. Check in your child at the front desk and put his/her name tag on his/her back or chest.
  2. Take off his/her shoes and socks and put them on the shelves in the front lobby.
  3. Wait for the teacher to invite you on the gymnastics floor.
  4. The class is recommended for children walking up to age three. Siblings/friends in the same age range, who are participating, must be officially enrolled in class or pay the drop-in fee. ($15.00/class). Older siblings/friends are asked to stay off equipment and wait in the viewing area provided.

PROCEDURES/RESPONSIBILITIES DURING CLASS

  1. You must be able to supervise your child(ren) at all times.
  2. All children should be barefoot and wearing appropriate clothing for safety. Adults may wear socks.
  3. Children must use hands when hanging. Hanging by knees only is not allowed.
  4. NO ADULTS STANDING OR BOUNCING ON ANY TRAMPOLINES
  5. Parents must take extra care to supervise their children at all times on the trampoline. Bouncing on feet and bottom are the only positions allowed.
  6. It is safe for more then one child to use the tumbling trampoline (`tumble track'), as long as a prudent distance is maintained.
  7. PIT MAT SAFETY - Land only on back or feet in pit. Never land on head or stomach.
  8. Please, keep your food and drinks in the viewing area only.

PROCEDURES AFTER CLASS
Please promptly leave the gym area after the last parachute game in class, so the next class can start on time. Stamps are given as an incentive for children with socks and shoes!
